Simon Cowell, John Goodman and Chris Pratt are among the male celebrities who have transformed dramatically during their weight loss journeys.

Cowell was recently seen vacationing in Cabo with his fiancée, socialite Lauren Silverman and their 8-year-old son Eric.

The creator of the “X-Factor” wore light blue swimming trunks and remained shirtless while running in the water.

He is just one of the Hollywood elites who have drastically lost weight and put so much effort into their physique.

“America’s Got Talent” Judge Simon Cowell, 63, revealed that he has lost 60 pounds since the pandemic while following a strict diet.

He said, according to Extra.

The “American Idol” alum is often seen riding bikes and has incorporated walking into his fitness routine.

However, Cowell admitted that he sometimes chose not to eat when out for dinner.

According to The Sun, he said, “I’m not a big eater.” “I don’t enjoy it very much. I’d rather have beer than eat, any day of the week.”

“Sometimes when we go out to dinner because I know I’m going to hate the food, I bake beans on toast before I go, and then I eat nothing.”

John Goodman

“Roseanne” blames John Goodman for being slimmer, dropping 200 pounds in recent years.

Goodman, 70, used to hover at over 400 pounds until he completely changed his lifestyle in 2007.

Despite the extreme weight loss, Goodman admitted that it wasn’t easy to avoid the weight and sometimes went back to his unhealthy routine.

“In the old days, I would spend three months, lose 60 or 70 pounds, then reward myself with a six-pack or something, and go back to my old habits,” he explained in 2017, according to ABC.

“This time, I wanted to do it slowly. Move over, exercise. I’ve reached an age where I can’t stand sitting still anymore.”

Drew Carey, host of “The Price is Right,” said he’s tired of being overweight.

In 2010, Curry dropped 80 pounds, according to CBS. Carrie expressed it, “It’s annoying to be fat,” she said.

The 64-year-old comedian is proud that he has dropped my pants size and no longer has type 2 diabetes.

Carey has gotten candid about his diet and fitness routine.

“No carbs,” Curry said. “I’ve cheated a few times, but basically no carbs, not even crackers.”

He went on to say that his workouts consist of at least 45 minutes of cardio.

“I like to be skinny,” Carey is quoted as saying by the media. “I was tired of being fat in front of the camera. Really, I was sick of it. Once I started losing weight, again, like I started dropping two sizes of pants, it was easy because once you see the results, then you don’t want to stop.”

Kevin Smith

“Clerks” director Kevin Smith was virtually unknown after his massive weight loss.

In 2018, after suffering a near-fatal heart attack, the director revealed that he had lost 20 pounds in 13 days.

At the time, Smith indicated that he would continue his strict diet until he reached his target weight. As a result, he said, “his blood pressure is amazing.”

“My doctor said he lost 50 lbs. 20 down, another 30 lbs left!” Smith wrote at the time in an Instagram post.

Chris Pratt

Another celebrity who has always been in the business is Chris Pratt.

The “The Terminal List” star lost 60 pounds in six months while preparing for the role of “Guardians of the Galaxy.”

Pratt has been upfront about how he went on a strict diet, including no alcohol, and sticking to a routine to lose his pounds.

During his trip, Pratt took to Instagram to flaunt his physique.

He said he got fit by working three to four hours a day and working with a nutritionist as well as a personal trainer.

Randy Jackson

Randy Jackson, the former judge on “American Idol,” has gone through an extreme weight loss transformation.

The 66-year-old has opened up about how he has been able to maintain his 114-pound weight loss by eating healthy, avoiding harsh diets, and prioritizing the health of his gut, according to People Magazine.
